Red Flags for Househunting

Shawna Hansen | 12/02/2023

???? The journey to homeownership is super exciting, but it can also be a bit nerve-wracking! What can make it stressful are the unexpected things that pop up along the way.

???? It's KEY that you're prepared as much as possible. That's why I make it my goal to educate buyers about the journey ahead.

???? That said, here are some red flags to keep an eye (and ear) out for.

→ Water stains on ceilings or floors
→ Basement cracks and wall cracks
→ A yard that pitches toward the home
→ Musty or other obvious odors
→ Crooked and/or saggy flooring

???? If you're thinking of taking the leap into homeownership, I invite you to connect with me. I'd LOVE to chat about your wants and needs in a home and my plan to help you find it!

???? I make connecting easy!
